NCCTECSHOP currently ships all sized orders by international couriers or by Sea for bulk order.

The shipping rates can be previewed inside the NCCTECSHOP online shop system. You can just click on the "Estimated Shipping Costs" and choose the country you want to ship to, Shipping fees will be estimated by our system automatically.

*How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as your account will update the order shipped information.

*How Long Will It Take To Delivery?

Once we received your order and payment, NCCTECSHOP will prepare from warehouse directly within 1-3 days( for bulk purchase, it shall be 4-5 days for products production). Then parcels will be shipped couriers. Airmail normally takes 10-15 days, Standard shipping normally takes 7-12 days, and express shipping normally takes 3-6 days.

* Are the packages insured?

Shipping with all our couriers is not insured( if in need, please contract us at service@ncctecshop.com) and can be tracked online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can track the process at any time.
