after you order our products, you can see your order status in your registered account of NCCTECSHOP.com.

click" view orders", you will see your order status clearly.

it has below types:

1. Pending.

it means we are checking if we receive your payment or we are waiting for receiving your payment, your ordered products have not been arranged yet.

2. Processing.

means NCCTECSHOP are preparing your ordered products and will send them to you immediately after we pack them.

if "Processing" is showed in your order status, you can't cancel your order or refunded your payment.

if you want to refunded your payment, please send email to service@ncctecshop.com, if we have sent the ordered product to you, you can't refund, if we have not send, we will charge the payment of your ordered products but refund the shipping cost to you.

3. Shipped.

means we have send your ordered products to you by our shipper, if we get the waybill number , we will type it and the tracking website here, so you can track your shipment.

if we don't type the waybill number, means we don't receive the waybill number from the shipper yet, we will type it and tracking website immediately after we get it.

4. Update.

4.1 we will type the waybill number and tracking website from shipper.

4.2  your shipment has some problems which need your cooperate, we will type the details and please contact with the related express company to help them to solve the problems and send the shipment to you smoothly.

5. Refunded.

it should be done before Processing.

6. Canceled.

it means you canceled your order and we will refund the payment to you.
